NEW DEPOSIT POLICY

Members: By initialing this Statement, you agree that IATSE Local 478 will post a $100 Invoice for Training Deposit to your account to hold your spot in the class. Once you have completed the course, the invoice will be voided. If you are a No Call/No Show or No Cancellation less than 36 hours prior to class, the invoice will be enforced.
